This past fall, Level staff had the honour of attending the Allard Social Justice Forum for Peter A. Allard School of Law students in Vancouver, British Columbia. This event is a social justice community-building forum for students to learn about pursuing careers in public interest law and for organizations to meet law students and discuss their work.

Level Justice’s Social Justice Program Manager, Fatima Ahmed, was in attendance with our Allard social justice fellow, Valeriia Laut. The event provided a wonderful avenue for Allard law students to learn more about Level Justice’s work in the social justice sector and the opportunities we have available for law students across the country.

We’d like to thank the Allard Social Justice Forum for hosting us, as well as the Career Services Office and Pro Bono Students Canada for sponsoring the event.

If you’re a law student and want to catch up with Level staff in person, we will be attending the Justice at Work Conference at Windsor Law this week in Windsor, Ontario. If you’d like to bring Level Justice to your law school, please contact our Social Justice Program Manager to arrange a visit.
