Fundraise for Level!

Level is a small organization that is ambitious about promoting change by breaking down barriers to justice and building relationships. We rely on the support of our community members to propel our innovative ideas and to help us achieve our #levelbest.

Whether it’s a bake sale, human rights conference or a dinner party hosted for friends, every fundraising event and every donation makes a significant impact.

HOW IT WORKS

You pitch a fundraising event to our Executive Director (brittany@leveljustice.org).

Level provides relevant materials, information and wherever possible, volunteers to help out.

We have fun and raise funds for a great cause.

We care about making a real difference in our communities – one project and person at a time. If you share these values and are interested in hosting an event, we want to hear from you!

PAST EVENTS

In October 2016, Heather McKay, a family law lawyer and Dare to Dream volunteer in Calgary, opened up her home to support access to justice for Indigenous youth, raising approximately $10,000! Around 40 lawyers and business professionals attended the event where they heard about the impact of Level’s youth outreach programming from Blackfoot Elder Randy Bottle; Diversity and Aboriginal Education Advisor Kim Younger; and Level’s Executive Director Brittany Twiss.

In September 2016, the organizers of Bold Realities donated the proceeds of their event, 'Reconciling the Indigenous-Industry Relationship' which raised $2,890 for Dare to Dream.
