(Greetings, my name is Misko Banaishe. I’m from the Marten clan. My home is both Baker Lake and Walpole Island, but I live in London. I am an Inuk Anishinabe and Mide woman).

I am currently in my Final year of my undergrad at King’s University College with a major in Criminology, and a double minor in Indigenous Studies and Dance.

Throughout my time at Western University, I have been a part of the Indigenous Student Association (ISA), taking on various including President! Outside of working and being a full-time student at Western, I love being outside, and crafting.

I am currently a facilitator with Level Justice where I deliver a program that teaches youth about the Canadian Legal system and traditional Indigenous Legal systems. One of my greatest passions is working with youth – without working with Level I would have never found that out!
