Faith Enemaku, M.A (Windsor) grew up passionate about EDI and human rights, especially the rights of women and minorities. She has a long history of working with nonprofit organizations to create awareness on issues affecting marginalized communities, including; the Train a Girl (TAG) Initiative, and As Equals Africa. In 2019, Faith joined the Women in ICT Foundation, an organization that provides tech education for women, as a communications and advocacy officer. In 2020, she was a member of University of Windsor’s Anti-Black Racism Taskforce (ABRTF). Most recently, Faith was the principal researcher investigating the barriers to higher education faced by Black students, at the University of Windsor’s Office of Enrolment Management.
