Alyssa is a second year student at the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law and has a background in Criminal and Social Justice. She has experience working in youth justice, crisis intervention, and children's rights advocacy where she had the opportunity to be a contributing author on a submission to the UN Committee regarding the progress of Canada in the implementation and realization of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
