For over a dozen years, Adrian Di Giovanni has worked on questions of international development, human rights and social justice. Currently, at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC), he supports passionate justice advocates and researchers in around 15 countries in Africa and Latin America, to develop solutions to large justice challenges, like overcoming exclusion of the urban poor, and protecting rural communities from threats to their land.

Adrian holds an LLM in international law from New York University, an LLB from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Outside of the office he can be found canoeing rivers and lakes, cross-country skiing, painting and playing music, as well as being an avid vegetable gardener and pickler.
